Casa Amorito was born from a simple but powerful belief: that every Filipino deserves a place where they feel welcomed, valued, and well-fed. The name itself carries this promise — amo means "master" or "boss" in Filipino, and rito means "here." Put them together and you get the brand's heart: Ikaw ang Amo Rito — You are the master here.
Tucked in the lush landscape of Dasmariñas, Cavite, Casa Amorito began as a family-run dining concept rooted in the flavours of authentic Filipino cooking. Dishes like Lechon, Kare-kare, and Sinigang were prepared with recipes passed down through generations — not shortcuts, not compromises, just honest, soul-warming Filipino food.
Over the years, the brand grew. A café corner was added, then a full events hall. Fairy lights were strung between trees. Rattan chandeliers were hung above long communal tables. What started as a restaurant became a destination — the kind of place where families return year after year for birthdays, baptisms, weddings, and ordinary Sundays that feel extraordinary.
